Return Policy

Patriot Armory understands not all products may fill the need for which they were purchased. We work very hard to offer the best support and service to our customers. If you are not happy with product purchased from us you have 45 days from date of delivery or sale for in-store customers to return the product. ALL returns must be first submitted to our RMA system where they will be processed and proper documentation and instructions will be sent to you. Listed below are the rules for shipping an item back.

Do not ship any product back before our returns department has authorized it for return. All items returned must be in brand new, sealed factory packaging. These items must be in condition that they may be restocked. They must be brand new, unused, and in full working condition.

All returns will be inspected by our returns manager to validate a item has been sent back in the returnable listed conditions mentioned above.You may receive store credit in the full amount of the product(shipping and handling charges will not be refunded)

You may receive a refund via the same method used for the purchase. A minimum restocking fee will apply to all items returned.

Store Credit Restocking Fees

  • Unopened items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Opened items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Non-Restockable items will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refund Restocking Fees

  • Unopened items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Opened items will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Non-Restockable items will incur a 35% restocking fee.

Restocking fees are applied to the products price at time of sale and are non-negotiable.

Listed Conditions for Specific Types of Products

Airsoft Guns

Items must be in brand new, unused, unfired condition. All items have listed specifications so that any new or veteran Airsoft player can gather the necessary information needed to make a informed purchased without having to fire any item. Once a battery has been charged, or BB shot through the gun it is considered used and non returnable.

Accessories

Items must be in brand new, unused condition. Items must be in original packaging with all manuals and papers included. If an product has a issue please file a claim through our RMA department.

Gear

Items must be in brand new, unused condition. All original tags intact with no signs of wear or use. If a product has a issue please file a claim through our RMA department.

Magazines

Items must be in brand new, unused condition. All original packaging included and showing no signs of use. If a product has a issue please file a claim through our RMA department.

Apparel

Items must be in brand new, unused condition. All original packaging included and showing no signs of wear or use. If a product has a issue please file a claim through our RMA department.

Battery and Chargers

Items must be in brand new, unused condition. All original packaging included and showing no signs of wear or use. If a product has a issue please file a claim through our RMA department. Please note using a trickle charger and overcharging a battery will ruin a battery and will void any warranty. If a product has a issue please file a claim through our RMA department.
